What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately with photos of the item and your order number. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos or video evidence.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the United States is completely free on all orders, regardless of size. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can delivery times be affected by external factors?
Yes. Certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, including public holidays & peak seasons, severe weather conditions, infrastructure disruptions, natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, wildfires), customs & border delays, and carrier delays (USPS, UPS, DHL). How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping origin: US Warehouse Standard: 5–8 business days. US Warehouse Express: 3–5 business days. Germany Warehouse Express: 3–5 business days. International Warehouse (China): 6–15 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
